Tool, originating from Los Angeles, started their unique path in 1990. They first appeared with the dark and distinctive EP, Opiate, followed by the brooding heaviness of Undertow. In 1996, with Ænima, Tool began exploring a more progressive style. Their pursuit of combining musical experimentation and visual arts persisted with Lateralus and 10,000 Days. Their fifth studio album, Fear Inoculum, released after a thirteen-year hiatus, offers a meditative heaviness that intensifies with each listen.
